POKERSTARS WATCHES.

Cool short video about Poker players and their watches. Video

2010 ROLEX SUBMARINER GREEN CERAMIC BEZEL.

Not sure how I feel about this watch? Not a fan of the green, especially on the Dial and the Bezel. It's a bit much. After seeing this watch, I actually appreciate the 50th Anniversary edition more. With it's Green Bezel, black dial and enlarged Hour markers. You know the price of the 2010 Green Submariner will be much higher since it now has the Ceramic bezel. I guess Rolex needed to add something to the Submariner to get a buzz going. This will definitely be a collectors piece since it's the 1st edition of the ceramic bezel Subs. Expect this watch to be back ordered or hard to get. If you do get it, it'll probably be priced a bit higher than retail. I'll pass on this watch since I'm extremely happy with my SS Rolex Sub-date.

"Earlier this year, at Baselworld 2010, Rolex unveiled new steelSubmariners with the ceramic bezel upgrade, as seen on the gold Submariners last year, and the GMT bezels the year before. Click here for a video of about the ceramic bezel production process. In comparison to aluminum, ceramic is much harder, as well as being extremely resistant to scratching.

The all steel Submariners come with either a green or black ceramic bezel. The green is $7,800 and the black is $7,400. Regardless of which color you choose, the 2010 ceramic bezel steel Submariners will be very collectable, as this is the first year of production. The demand for this particular Rolex is already high, and I've heard they are very hard to get. You may even have to a pay a premium over retail to get one. However, if you do pay a few hundred or even a thousand over MSRP, in the long run, it will more than likely pay off, because it's a Rolex"

HODINKEE CUSTOMIZED ROLEX SUBMARINER.

Although this looks real kool and different, I don't think I would pay $2000-$4000 over the actual retail price of a Rolex Submariner SS with a Nylon Nato Band. I'd settle for the Original Bad Boy and leave these for the guys who want the same thing, but slightly different. Plus these look kinda bootleg a-la Canal Street in NYC. No watch afficianado would respect this on your wrist anyways. They would probably think it's cute like a G-shock. I would just save up a bit more and track down a SS Daytona with a white face. Which will eventually be my next Rolex purchase.

"Our good friends at Hodinkee give us a look at Project X's latest releases, two stunning "Double Red" Submariners complete with G10 Nato Straps and your choice of a DLC coated case or satin finished stainless steel. "

LUMINOX NAVY SEAL COLORMARK BLACKOUT

This is a little too rugged looking for me, but I can admire the Blackout effect on this watch. If I was the outdoorsy-type, then this would be right up my alley. If it's good enough for the Navy Seals, it will be more than enough for us city dwellers who are adventurous. Blue luminescent markers?? That must look real kool while diving underwater.

"When you picture Navy Seal gear, you imagine stealthy, black on black hardware that's both rugged and incredibly functional. The Luminox Colormark Blackout is just that, an all-terrain watch with special forces provenance. The Blackout is an update on the original style with black hardware throughout and blue luminescent markers"

NEW PANERAI LUMINOR MARINA 1950 3 DAYS AUTOMATIC TITANIO

Panerai makes amazing watches. I can attest to that since I own a PAM219 Destro. It's been almost 3 years since I've owned it and seems like everyday is a special occasion when I wear it. Mine is a manual wind watch with a Crystal Sapphire back that exposes it's incredible guts. Limited to 200 pieces a year, I have 091/200. I just recently switched to the rubber band and it's taken over #1 on my rotation of watches.

If I had an extra $8000 I would definitely consider buying the watch pictured above. Simply beautiful.

"This brute of a watch is a new version of Panerai's classic Marina diver ($8,000+) done up in a titanium case and bracelet that reduces the overall weight, but keeps the signature, brawny Luminor profile. The watch uses Panerai's in-house P.9000 automatic movement with 3 day power reserve and is water resistant to 300 meters. Available September."

BELL & ROSS X INFINITI BR03-92

Great looking watch from B&R. Actually 1 that I would consider wearing. Stealth mode is always on the sly. Limited to 100 pieces.

"Commemorating Infiniti's limited edition FX in Europe, the luxury carmaker commissioned Bell & Ross to craft a limited edition, 100 model run BR03-92 timepiece ($4,200). The watch will feature a black carbon finish throughout the watch and a purple second hand, both of which complement Infiniti's design language. Available exclusively through European Infiniti dealers on June 1st."

BREMONT U2 WATCH.

Great looking watches by Bremont. Very clean and pleasing to the eyes. It's hard to find a good-looking subtle all black watch. Reasonably priced and probably not that hard to find depending on distribution. I would definitely get 1 of these if I had the $$$$.

"Based on a watch given to the pilots of the U2 spy plane, Bremont will be releasing a limited edition U2 watch (above - $4,570) as well as "Civilian" models which have been pressure tested to an incredible 100,000ft. As for specs, the watches will feature day and date functions and your choice of DLC or stainless steel cases."

ROMAIN JEROME'S MOON INVADER.

Here's a watch that would make Darth Vader very proud. A watch that would be endorsed by the dark side. Made from pieces of the Apollo 11 Lunar lander. Wow.

"Romain Jerome's Moon Invader is not only inspired by the Apollo 11, elements of the watch are actually constructed from pieces from the lunar lander itself. The design of the watch also takes design cues from the Apollo 11 with a unique ball and socket system that resembles the feet of the lunar lander, but is also functional as it helps adjust the fit of the watch to your wrist. Other details include an automatic movement with 42 hour power reserve and a "Moon Silver" plate on the caseback that is made from actual moon rock."

ROLEX EXPLORER 2010 - SO FRESH, SO CLEAN.

A great looking watch offered by Rolex. This watch is simply amazing and looks very versatile. Perfect with jeans and a shirt, Shorts and a Polo or a nice fitting suit. I would definitely consider buying this watch if I didn't already own a Rolex SS Submariner Date. Come 2 think of it, that's what's missing with this watch. Regardless, It's a beauty and worth saving up for.

Not really feeling these @ all. The execution is pretty bad. Enough with the skulls and crossbones already.

FRAGMENT ROLEX EXPLORER.

Another great example of Fragment's design along with the Bamford watch department treatment. Explorer in Black PVD coating. Classic. I'm saving up so I can do a watch with my own colors and accents. The Fund starts today.

PANERAI RADIOMIR PAM 336 - CLASSIC!

Now this is a classic timepiece if I ever saw 1. Not too big or small, sized @ 42mm. Unlike the HUGE watches that are trendy 2day. This works perfect with a nice fitting suit or with jeans and some fresh Luxurious pair of sneaks (no fitted hats pls). No to sure about the pink gold, but this in stainless would be killer.

ROLEX SUBMARINER A-LA HIROSHI FUJIWARA

WOW. I'm speechless. Not sure how I feel about this watch. I can totally appreciate the model chosen for this Fragment remix. I personally own a SS Subdate that has rarely left my wrist since the day I got it (2 days off my wrist so I can wear my Panerai with my suit). I really like the black PVD coating which gives it a stealth-like look. The Red dot second hand is a nice touch that complements the fragment marking on the face (not to mention the RED arrowhead on the bezel - VERY nice touch). I personally would have gone with the Dated Sub since it would not have made the watch face look more busy. The Date option would have been great since I often refer to my watch to verify the day's date.

After thinking about it further. I REALLY WANT THIS WATCH. I can't wait to see how it comes packaged?! Any other photos floating around??

BELL & ROSS WATCHES FOR KIDS PT.2

Over the past couple of years, I have learned to appreciate a nice watch. I have always been someone who NEVER wore rings (except recently - my wedding band) or any other type of jewelry. So My watch is always something I admire and choose wisely. I own a few nice pieces, but B&R is NOT a watch I would consider wearing. Maybe it's because I don't have a military background or because of the odd square shape does not suit my style. I LOVE traditional watches with rich history and world class quality and design that stands the test of time. Unlike the latest watch offered by B&R.

This watch looks cheap and toy-like, something a kid/teenager would wear. Still haven't figured out why they (B&R) come out with these kind of watches (death from above). Maybe it's just me, but you would NEVER catch me wearing this kinda watch. Even if it's limited to 500 pieces.

What are your thoughts??

AUDEMARS PIGUET - ROYAL OAK OFFSHORE

Now this watch looks serious. I might have seen this @ Chateau D'Ivoire here in Montreal. It's super-pimp. We're talking Jay-Z and Kobe Bryant money. Basically any High profile Rapper/Mogul or Prime time Athlete got cash for this watch.

"Pride of Mexico" the watch has been dubbed. Titanium and 18kt rose gold. It's a wrap!!!

BREITLING COSMONAUTE LIMITED EDITION.

Awesome looking watch from Breitling. Based on the ever popular Navitimer, Cosmonaute was the 1st watch worn in space back in 1972. For Breitling's 125 anniversary, they came up with this limited edition watch (1000 pieces). Good-luck hunting this watch down??
